to the Journal Editorial;

exceed 10 pages in any cases;
(3) In order for an
accepted
paper to be included in the electronic proceedings of SIWN2009, at least
one of the authors should complete the conference registration (follow
the hyper-link above). Electronic proceedings are to be available at the
conference.
