The publication of
accepted papers at CoSIWN Journal is scheduled in June-July 2010.
Papers whose Conference Registration Fees are not received before 5 June
2010 will not be
published in CoSIWN Journal.
Payments (in Pounds Sterling) by Bank Transfer GBP (password: SIWN2010
(lower-case))
For people from within China, payments are
also accepted in Chinese currency (RMB) by Bank Transfer RMB (password: SIWN2010
(lower-case)).
Camera-Ready Version (CRV)
Deadline for
Camera-Ready Versions (CRV): 28 May 2010
Camera-Ready Versions (CRV) should be prepared
very carefully according to the
Instructions for Authors.
Sample Word Doc and Latex file of Camera-Ready Versions (CRV) are
available on there.
The page limit for
CRV is 8 formatted pages with additional pages subject to
over-length
charges.
Your
complete CRV files
should be sent by e-mail to the
Conference Secretariat Put your paper ID (with the Conference acronym) in the e-mail
subject.
The following electronic files
of your
CRV are required
(preferably packed in a single compressed/zipped file, named
after your paper ID with the Conference acronym):
(i) the Word Doc of the article (or the latex source files), with
figures and tables properly embedded amidst the text;
(ii) a PDF file that is generated from (i). Texts must be preserved in
the PDF. PDF printed as image is unacceptable;
(iii) separate PDF files of high-resolution, high-quality graphic files
of all figures and tables, one PDF file per figure/table, named as
fig01, fig02a, fig02b ... The PDF file of each figure/table should
exclude/delete the figure/table's captions or notes, trim off any blank
edges all around the figure. In particular, texts sitting on grey /
color backgrounds or fills will cause poor print quality in
black-and-white printing and photocopying, and should be avoided;
(iv) plain text file of title, authors, abstract and keywords;
and a scanned copy of signed copyright
form

SIWN2010 Conferences will take place at the
campus of Chongqing University of Post and Telecommunications (CQUPT). A
block of guest rooms has been reserved at the CQUPT Campus Hotel and the
nearby NanShan LiJing Holiday Hotel for
SIWN2010 delegates. Here is hotel information and the
conference local team would be happy to assist with taking your room
