SIWN 2009 only considers manuscripts of original contributions. A manuscript submitted should neither have been published nor have been under review for publication elsewhere. All manuscripts submitted will be sent to 3-4 members of the International Technical Committees of the Conferences for peer reviews, on which the acceptance decision will be based. To avoid confusion, please do not submit the same paper to multiple Conferences at 2009 SIWN Congress.

A manuscript for submission to the Conference should be prepared according to the Instructions for Authors of the Journal. Sample Word Doc and Latex file of Camera-Ready Versions (CRV) are available on webpage There is a page limit of 6 formatted pages on the CRV of an accepted paper. Additional pages, up to 4 pages, are subject to over-length charges.

 

All accepted papers of the Conferences are to be included in the CD-ROM Proceedings of SIWN 2009 and made available for participants at the Conferences to promote the widest exchange and dissemination at the Conferences.

 

SIWN 2009 welcomes Workshops, Invited Sessions and Tutorials on new emerging areas. Please discuss Workshop/Tutorial proposals with the Chairs.

 

Post-Conference Journal Publication

 

All accepted papers of the Conferences are to be invited for publication in the International Journal <<Communications of SIWN>> (ISSN 1757-4439) after the Conferences. Every effort has been made to have the Journal publication completed as soon as possible in April 2009. For further information, please contact the General Chairs.
